How we got here
We've built and scaled businesses before. Five Guys across Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, and a big chunk of California. We know what it takes to go from zero to operating at volume — the systems, the people, the discipline.
When we looked at telehealth, we saw the same thing we always look for: a real market, a proven model, and room to do it better. Patients want access to care that doesn't require sitting in a waiting room to say something they'd rather say privately. Providers want to reach patients efficiently. And the pharmacy compliance piece, done right, protects everyone.
That's the business we're building. Proof of concept first. Then we scale it as big as we want to get it.

Steve has built and scaled multi-unit franchise operations across four states — most recently Five Guys across Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, and California. He came to telehealth the same way he approaches every business: with a clear concept, a stress-tested model, and the infrastructure to grow it fast.
